Terms of Service
These terms govern how buyers, sellers, dealers, service providers, and Agvendo use the marketplace, account tools, messaging, billing, and support services.
Effective date: April 17, 2026
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Agvendo for use of the Agvendo website, APIs, marketplace tools, account features, subscriptions, messaging, support, notifications, and related services.
Marketplace Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your email address current, and protect your credentials.
- If you create or manage an organization account, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
- You are responsible for activity through your account, including API and mobile activity authenticated with your credentials or tokens.
- You must keep organization members, listings, subscriptions, and profile information accurate.
Listings, Profiles, and Marketplace Activity
Agvendo provides tools for agricultural classified listings, dealer and service provider profiles, profile following, search, saved searches, saved listing watchlists, buyer and seller messaging, support, contact inquiries, and off-platform transaction coordination.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of listings, prices, descriptions, media, profile details, and messages you submit.
Agvendo does not take title to listed goods, broker final sales, inspect equipment or livestock, verify every claim, guarantee buyer or seller performance, or control final transaction terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Buyers and sellers remain responsible for inspections, financing, taxes, transport, title transfer, legal compliance, and final deal terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Agvendo for activity that is fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, abusive, or harmful to the marketplace.
- No misleading listings, impersonation, unlawful content, infringing content, spam, malware, scraping, or security interference.
- No harassment of users or people operating Agvendo support, safety, and marketplace workflows.
- No new accounts to avoid suspension, organization suspension, abuse investigation, payment restriction, or other enforcement action.
Messages, Support, and Notifications
Buyer-seller messages, support requests, contact inquiries, abuse reports, saved-search alerts, watchlist updates, followed-profile feed updates, account emails, and notification preferences are part of the service.
We may screen or retain these records as needed for support, safety, moderation, legal compliance, dispute handling, account recovery, abuse investigation, and service operation.
Account and security emails are sent to the email address on your account. Marketplace and support notifications may also be delivered in-app, by email, and through mobile push notifications when available and enabled.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Paid Features
Paid plans, trials, coupons, billing portal workflows, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation options are shown at checkout, in your account, or in subscription records.
Seat limits, downgrade restrictions, plan entitlements, coupon rules, and organization eligibility may affect access to paid features.
Billing is processed by our payment provider. You authorize charges for paid plans you purchase and remain responsible for keeping payment and billing information accurate.
Moderation and Account Enforcement
Agvendo may review, reject, archive, remove, or limit listings, organization profiles, messages, media, saved searches, support submissions, or accounts that violate these Terms, create marketplace risk, receive credible abuse reports, or otherwise harm users, the service, or the public.
Agvendo may suspend user accounts or entire organizations. Suspended accounts may lose access to marketplace features and account deletion until the issue is resolved.
Suspended users may submit an appeal through the account suspension page or authenticated support where available.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from account settings after confirming your password, unless your account is suspended or otherwise restricted for enforcement reasons.
Deleting an account removes access to that account. Messages, support records, contact inquiries, reports, billing records, listing history, organization records, notification delivery records, and security records may be retained where required for legal, security, dispute, moderation, transaction-history, support, or platform-integrity purposes.
Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Agvendo permission to host, process, display, reproduce, resize, transmit, and use that content to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service.
You must have the rights needed to submit content to Agvendo. Agvendo's software, design, branding, documentation, APIs, and service content remain owned by Agvendo or its licensors and may not be copied or used except as allowed by these Terms.
Service Changes, Disclaimers, and Limits
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including launch-stage features, APIs, pricing, plans, integrations, or notifications. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
The service is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. Agvendo is not responsible for user-submitted content, off-platform transactions, third-party services, or losses caused by marketplace participants.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Agvendo's liability is limited to the amount you paid Agvendo for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim.
