These terms govern how buyers, sellers, dealers, and service providers use Agvendo. By creating an account or using the marketplace, you agree to the current Agvendo legal policies.
Marketplace use
Agvendo provides listing, search, billing, and organization-management tools for agricultural equipment and services. You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing, organization profile, pricing, contact details, and uploaded media you publish.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your email address current. If you create or manage an organization account, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business.
Listings and moderation
Agvendo may review, reject, archive, or remove listings that violate marketplace rules, contain misleading information, or create fraud, safety, or legal risk. Promotional status, approval queues, and partner-coupon benefits may be limited or revoked at our discretion.
Billing
Paid plans, coupons, trials, and billing portal workflows are subject to the terms shown at checkout and in your subscription records. Seat limits, downgrade restrictions, and coupon eligibility may affect plan access.
Disclaimers
Agvendo is a marketplace platform and does not take title to listed goods unless explicitly stated otherwise. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for inspections, financing, taxes, transport, title transfer, and final transaction terms.
